We connect communities, public agencies, consultants, and project teams to help move projects from ideas and planning through design, construction, and implementation.
Founder & Principal
Hue-Voice was founded by Ivan Torres, an urban planner, designer, and project leader whose experience spans community engagement, planning, design, construction, and infrastructure project delivery.
His multidisciplinary background shapes Hue-Voice’s approach: connect people, decisions, and project delivery rather than treating them as separate processes.
