Ivan Torres is an urban planner, designer, and project leader whose work spans transportation, infrastructure, public spaces, and community-centered development.
His experience integrates community engagement, planning, design, construction, and project delivery, providing a perspective that connects community priorities with the technical and implementation realities of projects.
Ivan founded Hue-Voice to bridge the gap between communities, public agencies, and project teams—helping maintain alignment as projects move from policy and planning through design, construction, and implementation.
His work is grounded in a simple principle: community priorities should not disappear as projects move toward delivery.
