Ivan Torres is the founder of Hue & Voice Consulting and serves as a project lead for infrastructure and public realm initiatives.
His work focuses on leading complex, community-facing projects by aligning design, project delivery, and stakeholder priorities into clear, actionable outcomes.
With a background spanning urban planning, architecture, and construction, Ivan brings a full-cycle understanding of infrastructure—from concept through implementation. This allows him to operate effectively across clients, design teams, and communities while maintaining structure, clarity, and momentum.
Ivan specializes in managing projects where community input, design intent, and project execution must be aligned. He is particularly focused on ensuring that engagement is not treated as a standalone activity, but integrated into decision-making and delivery.
His experience includes work on transportation corridors, public realm initiatives, and community-centered planning efforts, where he has supported stakeholder alignment, engagement strategy, and project coordination across multiple teams.
Ivan holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Minnesota’s Humphrey School of Public Affairs, along with degrees in Architecture and Environmental Design. He is currently completing his MBA and pursuing PMP certification to further strengthen his project leadership and financial management capabilities.
Through Hue & Voice, Ivan serves as a project lead—coordinating across clients, design teams, and communities to ensure infrastructure projects move forward with clarity, alignment, and measurable results.
