Climate Resilience Strategy

Designing equity-centered climate strategies that empower frontline communities to navigate climate risks and secure access to the resources that support long-term health, safety, and environmental justice.

This work involves partnering with cities, regional agencies, and community-based organizations to co-create resilience strategies grounded in the lived experiences of BIPOC, immigrant, and low-income communities. The approach moves beyond emergency response, focusing that all communities have equitable access to the core building blocks of resilience: clean air, safe and stable housing, green infrastructure, accessible mobility, and culturally relevant.

From extreme heat and urban flooding to worsening air quality and climate displacement, these strategies are designed to be inclusive, place-based, and rooted in community leadership.
